Avril Lavigne just released her latest single, “Let Me Go,” and I gotta admit it ain’t half bad. Not that I don’t usually enjoy her music, but this little ditty just so happens to include the vocals of a certain lead singer of a certain band that not I’m not particularly fond of who just so happens to be married to Avril.

Yep, I’m talking about Chad Kroeger from Nickleback. Blech. I guess his beautiful bride has done him some good ’cause Mr. Lavigne is pretty tolerable on this song. I never thought I’d see the day.

“Let Me Go” appears on Avril’s  self-titled album which will be released on November 5. Hopefully the rest of the album will be Chad-free. Let’s not push it!
