Back in 2012 when people were still watching the “X Factor,” 14-year-old Beatrice “Bea” Miller wowed “Factor” fans with her incredible vocals. Thanks to the help of her mentor Britney Spears (it feels weird using “Britney Spears” and “mentor” in the same sentence) Bea belted out some amazing covers such as “Titanium” and “Time After Time.”
Even though she ended up coming in 9th place, Bea was able to earn a record contract with Simon Cowell’s label. Yay!!! If you’re like me and can’t wait for Bea’s debut album, go check out her youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/beabuzz1727. Not only does Bea upload her incredible music, she also posts a Mosh-like Q&A video where she answers questions from fans. I have a question Bea: how are you so awesome?
Recently, Bea teamed with Boyce Avenue to perform a cover of Katy Perry’s “Roar” and it might just be her best effort yet!
I’ve been following Bea since she provided the voice of Molly in “Toy Story 3” and I can’t wait to see what she does next. You rock, Bea.
